- In this case my client chose a dark grey background in keeping with the Pompeii feel to which it owes its inspiration. I would have opted for a dark blue or dark viridian but have to conceive that this charcoal colour DOES give the panel a definite stylish quality. I particularly like the lines of movement of the fish - the ‘S’ of the dogfish juxtaposed with the diagonal sweep of the ray.
Commission available for like or similar kitchen or bathroom mosaic.
